If you have changed your mind about the goods you bought online from us, you can return or exchange them within 14 days after receipt.

Please contact us via our contact form or by e-mail info@honey-and-silk.com. We will then send you the return address. You will have to bear the immediate cost of returning the goods. We do not accept any liability for packages which are lost on the way from you to us. We recommend that you send your return with shipment tracking. The goods you return or exchange must be in a resellable state. The goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and with the original labels. In the case of cosmetic products and ear rings, there is no possibility to return due to  hygienic reasons. Neither your statutory rights with regard to defective or damaged products nor your right of revocation shall remain unaffected.
